COVID19 Pandemic and How It Impacts Our Business

COVID19 Pandemic and How It Impacts Our Business

These are indeed unprecedented times.

There is no hiding it: unless you are in the business of selling toilet papers and hand sanitizers, you would have been terribly impacted by the COVID19 Pandemic, like many of the retailers, including us. Our sales figures have dropped significantly, and in consideration of our staff's safety, we had to halt the production of our upcoming spring collection.

Yet, our conviction and devotion to our brand and people remain intact. We are continuing to work on new and exciting partnerships. We will resume production once it is safe to do so. We are learning many lessons along the way, and we will get through this together as a community.

How does this impact you?

Our shipments in Singapore and international shipments may be delayed during this time. We will process your order as soon as we receive it but the situation is fluid and carriers may face disruptions. As such, we have made changes to our system, so that we will not charge your credit card until we confirm that we can ship the item to you. This way, you can place your order with confidence. And just as before, all shipping is free.

Separately, below you will find an update from our shipping partner and status of service from various carriers.

We hope you find this update useful. Wash hands, stay safe and healthy.
