Shipping and Handling

We ship for Singapore deliveries from Singapore. Shipping rates are calculated at check out. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50 SGD. You will be presented with other discounted options for shipping at checkout, which you may choose. 

Orders placed before 1 pm SGT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm SGT will be processed by the next day. 

International orders are not supported at this time. 

All orders above SGD $100 will be insured.

We are not responsible for VAT, customs fees or other duties that may be charged for your order at your destination country. We will indicate estimated duties during check out. 

We strive to reuse and recycle when possible. You may receive your shipment in recycled boxes. Please help us save the planet by reusing the packaging in which you receive your shipment. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Returns

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns. Please refer to our size chart. We follow the European sizing, which is generally smaller, but our fits are true to size. 

However, if you face any issues with your order, please contact us at orders@shopfancies.com and we will try to resolve ASAP.
