- Where are FANCIES made?
We manufacture our products at our Ateliers in Manisa and Izmir, in the Aegean region of Turkey. All materials are sourced within the region.
- Where is the company based?
The company is based in Singapore and distributes FANCIES globally. All our shipments for orders placed online are currently shipped out of Singapore.
- What is micromodal?
Micromodal is a cellulose based fabric that is extremely soft and shiny. Its moisture and shrinkage resistance make it ideal for use for men’s underwear. To maintain its form, we also add elastane to our fabric, which helps it recover its form wash after wash. When designing each collection, we carefully pick colors and prints that compliment the inherent shine of the micromodal fabric. We run color tests and pick the most flattering shade. Micromodal feels super soft to touch and makes every underwear we produce simply luxurious and comfortable.
- I only see boxer briefs on your website. Do you make other styles?
We have just introduced our latest and sexiest style: trunks! Our classic boxer briefs are a bit shorter on the thigh, but they're longer than trunks. Curious about different underwear styles? Check out our blog here. And find out more about trunks here.
- Wow, your prices are so low!
We are a family owned business operating since 1996 and FANCIES is our own brand. From the yarn to the final packaging, we source all materials ourselves, and we design, market, and distribute every product ourselves, reducing our overall costs. Our mission is to produce great quality, affordable, and sustainable products for generations, and to give back to our local community.
- Can I customize the messages on the underwear?
For individual purchases, we don’t have customization option. However, we accept ideas for the next FANCIES collection at our Customizations page. If you have a bulk order for a special occasion, please contact us at orders@shopfancies.com and we’ll try to support your request.
- Where can I purchase FANCIES?
You can purchase online at www.shopfancies.com and on ZALORA. From time to time, we may participate in fairs and pop-up events, and we will announce such plans on our website and via our social media channels. Please contact us at info@shopfancies.com for partnerships and redistribution opportunities.
- Do you ship overseas?
No, at this time we only ship in Singapore. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
- Do you accept returns?
Underwear are hygienic items. We assure you that we do not accept returns.
- How can I be sure that the underwear I buy will fit?
We follow European sizing. Please refer to our size chart before your purchase. We have a size finder based on weight and height measurement, which should also help. If you face any issues, please reach out to info@shopfancies.com with your order details and we will get back to you.
- Do you accept payments via PAYNOW?
Yes, we do accept PAYNOW as a mode of payment in Singapore only. If you select PAYNOW during checkout, you will be provided with instructions. We will process your order only after we confirm receipt of funds in our bank account.
- I have a discount code, how can I use it?
You will be asked to enter your discount code at checkout, after you have provided shipping information. Discount codes do expire. Please make sure you join our mailing list to receive the latest promotions and news about our products.
- Can I modify or cancel my order?
Until we fulfill your order, you may make modifications to your order. Simply email us at orders@shopfancies.com with your changes. Unfortunately, orders that are fulfilled cannot be modified. Nevertheless, if you face any issues, please reach out to us - we will try to help as much as we can.
- Do you gift wrap?
Yes we do! You can even include a special note. Simply email us at orders@shopfancies.com once you place your order with the order number and your personal message and we'll prepare a nice gift package for you - free of charge!
- How do you ship the orders?
At FANCIES, we recycle and reuse, all the time! We collect used shipping boxes and materials for large orders. For small orders, we use waterproof bubble padded envelopes. The packaging for the boxers are made of carton, so please note that they may be distorted if they're shipped in an envelope.
